Accessibility Statement

We view accessibility as a fundamental value and are committed to providing equal, dignified, and accessible services to all users, including people with disabilities. This commitment is based on the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.

We strive to ensure that our website and digital platform are accessible in accordance with the Israeli Standard (IS) 5568, which is based on the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, Level AA.

  • Compatibility with assistive technologies such as screen readers and keyboard navigation;

In accordance with legal requirements, we are committed to providing information in accessible formats upon request, at no additional cost, and tailored to the user’s specific needs.

  • Our customer service center is adapted for accessibility, including clear voice recordings with no background music;
  • Accessible communication is available via email, contact forms, fax, and regular mail;
  • In-person services (if applicable) are subject to accessibility adjustments as needed and by prior arrangement.

4. Responsibility and Limitations

While we strive to make all areas of our platform accessible, some content may not yet be fully adapted. We continue our efforts to improve and ensure full accessibility as part of our ongoing commitment.
